What our clients say
Helping to figure out the starting points build on my knowledge of my own mental health. Understanding hidden links between my past and my current emotions.
Listened to everything openly and respected me at all times. Learnt a lot of new strategies and practices to help me with my stress and anxiety. Learnt how to understand my emotions and why i react to certain situations in a certain way.
Helped me recognise my emotional and physical responses to specific situations and helped me figure out better ways to deal with different situations. i have never known myself as much as i do now which is very empowering.
