We offer government-funded mental health services to ensure equitable, culturally safe mental health care is accessible to individuals who might otherwise face financial or systemic barriers to support.
South West Sydney residents
If you live in South Western Sydney, you may be eligible for funded therapy sessions through our PHN-supported programs.
Programs delivered by Tabvuma Mental Health:
- 12 sessions in 12 months
- Speak with your GP to determine eligibility
- Mental Health Treatment Plan required
- Request Tabvuma Mental Health as your preferred provider
- 10 hours in 2 months
- You can self-refer or be referred by your GP or health professional or community organisation
- Request Tabvuma Mental Health as your preferred provider
NDIS Therapy
We work with self or plan managed NDIS participants. We provide therapeutic support under “Improved Daily Living” and “Capacity Building.” This includes:
- Therapy/ Counselling
- Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
